Of course, in order to beat someone else's rate, you'll need to make sure that their offering is comparable to what we offer, and we'll need to be able to verify these rates. You can fax us their ads or send us their web site address.

Here is the criteria on which we make the comparison:

1. Is their resort building located directly on the beach?
Many resorts are not directly on the beach and you may have to walk a couple of blocks. Our resort is right on the beach. Sun and surf is just a brief elevator ride away!!

2. Do they offer a Gulf-View or a Gulf-Front Balcony?
Our Unit 610 has a balcony that does not directly face the beach but still gives guests a view of the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. Unit 705, however, offers a full Gulf-front view of beautiful Fort Walton Beach, and its amazing sunrises and sunsets. As you know, Gulf-Front views cost extra.

3. Do they offer 2 bedrooms AND 2 baths?
Our condos feature two spacious rooms and bathrooms for the privacy and comfort of up to 4 persons. In addition, our living rooms come equipped with a sofa bed which can accommodate up to 2 more people.

4. Do they have a full gourmet kitchen?
Our units have full kitchens where you can comfortably prepare great meals for your family or other guests.

5. Do they have a washer and dryer in their unit?
Each of our units comes equipped with their own washer and dryer, which is a huge convenience and time-saver.
